He was third in 2019 and last year he finished second behind Tom Berry Jr., but in 2021 there was little doubt as to who was going to be the All Iowa Points Modified champion as Jeff Larson came out of the gate fast and never looked back. Winning thirty-seven times in fifty-four top five finishes on points paying tracks, Larson was 91 points better than his closest competition and these stats were good enough to take the IMCA National Points title as well.

In most years Shane Demey's point total would have put him in the hunt for the championship, but he will have to settle for second, his career best thus far after winning ten times in forty-five top five finishes. He was tied for 40th in last year's standings. Three-time champion Kelly Shryock (1989, 2017-18) lands in the third position as a nine time feature winner in forty-two top fives.
Even though his doesn't run any tracks on a weekly basis, Cayden Carter was still able to roll up enough points to finish fourth after ranking seventeenth in 2020. The Newcomer of the Year is also the fifth place finisher as the 2018 Limited Modified Champion Cody Thompson had an impressive rookie season in the Modifieds.
