All Iowa Points At Mid-Season

On Saturday I was asked to be a last minute fill in on the microphone for a weekly show at 34 Raceway where three former All Iowa Points Champions, Austen Becerra, John Oliver Jr. and Logan Anderson made their way into victory lane. And all three of those drivers are in contention to add another AIP title to their resume' as we hit the mid-point of the 2024 season.

With his win on Sunday as well at Quincy, Becerra climbs back to the top of the Modified standings where he was the 2022 champion. Austen is one of just a handful of drivers who has won the points in more than one division as he also captured the 2014 title in the Four Cylinder division.

Jeff, really enjoyed your announcing Saturday at Burlington. I probably learned more in one night listening to your announcing than I do the whole season combined. I hadn't been to a show at 34 in several years so I decided to make the long trek Saturday. Sure glad I did...was very impressed with everything.
