Shane Sabraski came up just three points short of winning his third straight and fourth overall Minnesota Points title in 2023, but when you add in his performances in Wisconsin as well that vaults him to the top of the list for the "Best of the Midwest" honors in the Modified division. Finishing second to Clint Hatlestad in Minnesota, the veteran driver from Rice also ranked sixth in the final Wisconsin standings and his combined points are twelve better than runner-up Austen Becerra.

The 2022 All Iowa Points champion in his firs full year in the Modified division, Becerra was also a close second to Jeff Larson in his bid to repeat, but finishes second here when his Missouri points are added in. Illinois champion Mike McKinney ranks third, Larson who captured his second All Iowa Points title in 2023 is fourth while three-time Texas Points champion William Gould is fifth.
