After finishing in the top ten for at least the last five seasons, southern Minnesota driver Derek Green moved to the top of the list in 2023 to capture his first All Iowa Points Stock Car championship. A look at the recent history was a good indicator that this would eventually happen as he ranked third in 2018, fourth in 2019, tenth in the Covid season of 2020, second to Dallon Murty in 2021 and third last season.

In this, his breakthrough season, Derek tallied twenty-four feature wins in thirty-four top five finishes to edge out the 2018 champion John Oliver Jr. by eighteen points. Oliver was a fifteen time feature winner in his thirty-two top fives while three-time Modified champion Kelly Shryock finished third for the second year in a row with sixteen wins in twenty-nine top fives.
Four-time champion Damon Murty landed in the fourth spot while fifth went to Mitch Hovden. Those two drivers finished fifth and seventh respectively in 2022.
The Newcomer of the Year in the Stock Cars is Jake Sachau who reached the 100 point mark while winning ten times and finishing ninth in the final standings. He was also a five-time feature winner in a Sport Mod in 2023 where he ranked 68th in the final standings.
